Refractory Bricklaying

    Refractory bricklaying workshop. A complete kiln body comprises of several standard-size segments (firing zones). Structural parts are made from quality square tubes that are welded together using specialized tools and dies to ensure high rigidity and dimensional accuracy. These segments are built in a way to facilitate long-distance transportation and on-site installation.

    High temperature firing zone is lined with mullite bricks. Lightweight yet sturdy, this firing segment can hold up well at high temperatures ranging from 1300°C to 1500°C.

  • High temperature firing zone is constructed from imported Promalight nano-materials lined with refractory fiber, totaling 6 layers. Operating temperature: 1000~1400℃. Low thermal conductivity: 0.031 W/(m .k) at 800℃, only 1/5 that of t ordinary material. Silicon carbide burner nozzles are employed, delivering a very low thermal conductivity. Pairing that with vortex tubes, our industrial kiln eliminates the need to install various bricks around the nozzle and other kiln structures. Heavy weight insulating material is avoided to reduce thermal conductivity and heat loss.

    Pre-firing zone, allowing temperatures somewhere between 300℃ and 500℃.

    Bubble bricks are used to line the bottom of the kiln for thermal insulation.

  • Wood supports are used to secure the kiln sections in place, preventing damage during transfer.

Pipeline Workshop

    Pipeline workshop, where branch pipes are manufactured.

    MIG welding using carbon dioxide as the shielding gas creates quality weld seams that are crack-free. All welders have more than 10 years experience in welding.

Industrial Kiln Workshop

    Industrial kiln workshop, where raw materials are cut into shapes for the construction of kiln body frame.

    2 OTC welding robots, imported from Japan, use carbon dioxide as shielding gas and automatically weld kiln frames. Robotic welding provides improved efficiency compared with traditional welding.

    Alkyd resin based enamel paint is used to coat the kiln frame for rust protection and decorative purposes.

Machining Workshop

    The machining workshop is outfitted with 10 NC lathes as well as 8 gantry milling machines, vertical and horizontal milling machines, and knee and column mills. Included also are one 1000N inclinable gap frame press, ordinary lathe, and one NC drilling machine.

    NC lathe, delivering a machining precision of up to 0.01mm.

    OTC small-size welding robot, imported from Japan, welds parts together at a fast speed.

    Plate shear, allows a maximum plate width of up to 3200mm and a maximum thickness of 4mm.

    1000KN hydraulic press brake comes with a digital display, permitting a maximum plate length of 3200mm. Multiple bends can be made in one run, which meets a variety of production needs.

    Assemblers were cobbling up the single bore aluminum pillow, rod bush, and gear wheels to form a complete drive system for roller shafts. Drive centerline error≤2mm/100m. Smooth transmission, tightly-fitted transmission parts. Tightened bolts. Leak-free oil tank. Kiln body centerline error≤50mm.

Control Cabinet Assembly Workshop

    Control cabinet assembly workshop, is staffed with workers having more than a decade's experience in this field. Assemblers each does a specific job and coordinate with one another to improve assembly efficiency.

    OMRON PLC, improved from Japan, offers features like emergency stop, A/D, D/A, and temperature control.

    Mitsubishi VFD came from Japan, providing high stability.

    SIEMENS automatic switch, coming from Germany, provides optimal electrical protection.

Horizontal Dryer Production Workshop

    Horizontal dryer workshop, where workers were piecing together a conveyor drier.

  • Semi-finished dryer body, comes equipped with steel roller for conveying products. Available in either single or multi-layer configurations. The dryer body is divided into different segments: pre-drying, heating, constant-rate drying, falling-rate drying, and final drying (where equilibrium is reached).

Testing Center

    A balance is used to measure the proportion of different ingredients in mullite material.

  • Test samples pass through a electrically powered drying oven where a constant temperature is maintained at 120℃ to remove moisture. This test lasts around 24 hours.

  • Digital readouts hardness tester is utilized to test the hardness of gears.

Parts Warehouse

    Zhongyao owns a 3000-square-meter parts warehouse, supplying components to customers needing them. Different parts are placed separately to facilitate searching.
